This item is 1 1/4'' quilt binding (2 1/2” strip folded in half) made from First Blooms by Heather Peterson for Riley Blake Designs features an array of rainbow colored dots on a warm cream background.

All my bias tape is rolled, so there are no creases. Perfect for embellishments, finishing seams on garments, and replacing a facing for armholes and neck openings. It's perfect for hair bows, too!
