This 1 1/4'' inch bias quilt binding (2 1/2” strip folded in half) has red, white and light blue stars that are about 1/8" to 3/8" across on a navy blue background.

This fabric is cut on the bias, but the strips are joined together on the bias to reduce bulk when attaching the binding to your quilt.
