Blue and creamy white evokes thoughts of clean and pure, afternoon tea, and classic design. This collection of pre-made bias tapes and quilt bindings were made from the Penelope collection by  My Mind's Eye for Riley Blake Designs. The colors are so pure they will coordinate with many projects. Our first thoughts go to pairing the blue and creamy white bias tapes with projects made of linen. We can smell the lavender in the air!
